1.     The rental rates we propose are generally based on Single shift duty [8 hours a day 50 hours a week and 200 hours a month]. For double shift usage limit is 16 hours a day 100 hours a week and 400 hours a month.  Extra hours more than the above period if any will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

2.     All Govt. taxes, Toll charges, etc… as applicable from time to time will be charged extra as applicable.

3.     The proposed equipment will be supplied in good working condition. The hirer is not permitted to Modify the unit without our permission.

4.     Hirer will be responsible for the rental charges from the date of delivery to the date of return of the unit. Holidays are not excluded from rental charges.

5.     The Provided equipment must be operated only by a certified operator & the providing of the operator will be under hirer scope [ if the service is not taken from us].

6.     The hirer will be responsible for the supply of diesel and coolant if its diesel operated forklift. For Electric Units, Hirer will be responsible for the supply of battery water as and when required, also providing three-phase plugs required for charging the battery of the forklift is under hirer scope.

7.     Executing Daily Checks & Daily Maintenance before using the unit is under hirer scope and the same will be mentioned in the unit/ will be explained while delivering the unit.

8.     Gate Pass & Other entering procedure of forklift to the site will be on hirer account.

9.     Periodic Maintenance of the forklift will be on our account and it will be done during regular working hours with advance intimation.

10.     Any unexpected breakdowns reported on the supplied equipment will be attended by us on the same day free of cost if the failure resulted was not due to any misuse.

11.     If there is any damage on the forklift during the rental period will be charged extra on actuals.

12.     Equipment will be supplied against Hirer LPO along with a Signed Rental contract. Hirer needs to provide required documents for opening their account with us authorizing the credit facility.

13.     The hirer is not allowed to shift the unit from the delivered location to other locations without our approval.

14.     The hirer will solely be responsible for all the work carried out with the unit. We shall not be responsible for any damage to your equipment or the goods handled while the forklift is in operation.

15.     If the Hirer defaults in settling payments, GENEX reserves the right to stop services and access the site and take possession of the rented units with immediate effect.
